Temporarily suspending NXTHVN public programs and visits
Dear NXTHVN family,
After careful consideration and discussion, NXTHVN has decided to protect against the spread of COVID-19 by postponing all gallery/studio visits and public programs until further notice.
Unfortunately, consistent with the closing of the New Haven School District, NXTHVN is putting the Apprenticeship program on hold indefinitely and cancelling the Open Studios weekend, which was planned for April 4th and 5th.
We are disappointed to have to make these changes, but feel it is vital to do our part to help protect everyone’s health and safety.
Despite these trying and isolating times, NXTHVN believes in the power of shared, creative experiences to change lives for the better—we look forward to reconvening our various communities in the near future.
We will continue to monitor the situation and be sure to keep lines of communication open and make adjustments as new information becomes available. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience and thank you for trusting us to prioritize your safety and the safety of our communities.
